부록 7 알리바바 공급업체 재고 주문 메시지

Dear ‘담당 직원 이름 및 제조사’:

We are ready to place our order for the ‘상품 이름’. Please create and send us a
PI(Product Information) for the following:

‘주문하고 싶은 상품 이름, 수량 그리고 예를 들어 로고 포함 여부, 패키징 제공 여부, 삽입물 또는 사용
설명서 인쇄 등, 이외의 구체적인 정보’

Once we receive and review the PI, we will wire the 30% deposit.

We will be finishing up our packaging design over the next week and will have that
sent to you as soon as it is ready.

If you could please confirm the latest date that you need our packaging design and
an estimated shipping date for our order, we would appreciate it.

We plan on shipping these products by ‘air or sea(항공 또는 해상)’ and our freight
forwarder will be in contact with you to arrange shipment.
