It is my honor to be here as a candidate to become a new member of
the Student Startup Team. Above all, I want to express my deepest
appreciation to each one of you for giving me a chance to have an
interview. I am Jonathan Wilson, a sophomore majoring in business
administration. Just call me Jon. Let me introduce myself briefly.

First of all, I am an active listener. For the past 5 years, I have worked
as a volunteer not only listening to complaints by orphans but also
actively finding solutions. As you know well, active listening is a key
to teamwork, which is a requirement for a startup to succeed. As an
active listener, I can make all the members work as a single team.

In addition, I am a fast implementer. Last year, I waged a campus-
wide campaign to help refugee students from Venezuela. In fact, it
took only 1 week for me to convert a vague idea into a successful
reality. Fast implementation is another requirement for a startup to
succeed. As a fast implementer, I can make our idea a great success.

In short, I am Jon, an active listener and fast implementer. As all of
us already know well, the team is everything especially for a startup.
Remember this: Jonathan Wilson is the very person to make the
Student Startup Team complete and great. I am looking forward to
making friends with each one of you. Thank you for your attention.
