Dear Culinary enthusiast,
As you are no doubt aware, we are holding our Asian cooking experience day at the
Sheraton Center Hotel in Toronto this year. We have a lot of interest in this event, and
nearly half of the tickets have already been sold. Thank you for your continued support.
I am writing to inform you of a number of changes made to the schedule of this event. Mr.
William Sanders is no longer able to give his workshop ‘A Guide to Asian Flavors and
Spices’ as he has to leave the country to tend to some urgent business. Therefore, his
esteemed colleague, Ms. Margaret Hatcher, will lead the workshop in his place. Secondly,
